Thirty years since Maarten Stienen (Class of 1993) was last at JIS, he still remembers the joy of being a part of the Joint Sound choir group and acting in various High School plays. When he made a brief yet stirring stop at the Fine Arts Theater, the accomplished feeling of being on stage came rushing back! Maarten now lives and works in the Netherlands.
