Anak JIS Pulang Kampung: Deirdre Cleere Pyle

Deidre Cleere Pyle (Class of 1990) brought along her husband and parents to explore the Cilandak campus, where, as she was walking through the familiar yet beautifully transformed grounds, she was struck by how much had changed — and how much felt just like home. The day was full of surprises because she bumped into not one, but two former classmates who are now part of the JIS faculty team: Middle School English Teacher Jenny Zenick and High School English Teacher Yuichiro Hara (pictured). Deirdre now lives and works in Seattle as a consultant.
